Complete, the engine turns over freely. The paintwork is dull and brightwork covered in light surface rust.
The second engine constructed by this builder, it was started in 1957 and completed in the late 1960s. Its purpose built - and fabulously vintage-looking - crate bears a rally sticker from 1969.
A worthwhile restoration project, it would be nice to see the engine restored to its former splendour.
