The mortal remains of a GNR Atlantic, built to LBSC's "Maisie" design. The original boiler failed in the combustion chamber, whereupon it was eviscerated and a new set of flanged plates and tubes bought to rebuild the boiler - the barrel looks in remarkably good condition.
The rest of the engine looks about 90%+ complete, the chassis is still largely in one piece. Workmanship is pretty pedestrian throughout, although a good strip and clean to start with would improve matters.
