Not quite sure what this is, looks like the Martin Evans "William" design at first glance, but rather differently proportioned and with Baker valve gear. It's an old engine, nicely made in the first place but having seen much use since.
Copper boiler with two radiant superheaters, feed by injector, axle pump and auxiliary hand pump in bunker. Gunmetal cylinders with piston valves actuated by Baker valve gear with pole reverser in cab. Mechanical lubricator.
