Kept for display by the previous owner it wasn't run in his ownership and, for the last few years, has been in storage. It requires work to recommission, including replacement of the inner dome gasket which leaks, and attention to a seized blowdown valve.
Boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test, with new certification issued. The engine rolls freely and runs on air in either direction, with some blow by past valves or pistons.
