The locomotive itself is in good condition; the boiler - which has previous club history - has had a hydraulic test with new certification issued in recent days.
The tender is only loosely assembled - the previous owner had acquired another chassis which he intended to detail and use, which is included.
The engine steams freely and runs well although requires some work, including servicing/replacment of the safety valve which accumulates, ditto injector which is unreliable, and piping up water feeds from the tender.
