A 3 1/2 inch gauge LMS Black 5 to LBSC's popular "Doris" design. An older engine, well built in the first place but now needing some light restoration work.

The commercially built boiler has had a hydraulic test with new certification issued. The engine rolls freely and the chassis runs very well on air in either direction, with slight blow by which we would expect to improve under steam.

The grate and ashpan are missing - the grate casting is available from the usual suppliers, an ashpan could be easily laser cut and folded up.
