The V4 has recently arrived back with us with several other engines as the latest owner has himself traded up in size, although rather than 7 1/4 inch he's gone straight to four foot eight and a half, God help him!
On display since last time we had it, it's apparently not been steamed in that time. The chassis runs very well on air in either direction, the boiler appears dry and free of distortion on a twice working pressure hydraulic test at 160psi for 80psi working - we would warranty it as sound.
