A very dusty old 0-6-0 tank locomotive to Martin Evans' "Rob Roy" design - this one has spent many years sitting on a book shelf. Complete with plans and copy of the construction manual, it appears never to have been steamed. Paintwork is truly horrible, wheels are seized - I suspect from standing for a long time with little or nothing by way of oil. It really needs stripping, cleaning and repainting before reassembly.
