A 3 1/2 inch gauge large-boilered "Tich" to what is probably LBSC's best-known design - this one the Walschaert's gear version, largely to the master's "words and music" although with a removable rear cab section added. Unused for many years, it's fallen on hard times through neglect and poor storage - it really needs an overhaul and repaint. Most of the brightwork is rusty, although it's pretty superficial and will come off easily with Scotchbrite.
Superheated copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by axle pump with auxiliary hand pump. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Walschaert's gear, pole reverser in the cab. Mechanical lubricator behind front buffer beam.
