Rather nicely done 3 1/2 inch driving trolley with cast, sprung bogies, compensated brakes, vacuum fitted. The hand brake lever is missing and the rather fiercesome looking studs in the seat top originally located a cushion of some sort - probably worth removing them before they remove an intimate part of you during a sudden stop.
