The engine runs on air in either direction, with some leakage past the valves. The mechanical lubricator doesn't work reliably, it needs adjustment or replacement of the ratchet and spring.
Boiler has had a preliminary twice working pressure hydraulic test at 160psi for 80psi working pressure - other than a few beads of water on firebox stays which would take up under steam it looks sound, although would require cladding removed for a thorough examination before certification.
