A 4 1/2 inch scale Burrell 6nhp agricultural engine, commercially built we believe in the 1980s, then rebuilt with a new boiler in 2008 by Gratton Engineering - it had a twice working pressure hydraulic test and steam test at that time and, apart from occasional steamings some years ago, it's been stored unused since.
Welded steel boiler with expanded tubes by Bell Boilers, CE-marked, 120psi working pressure. Feed by mechanical pump and injector, Ramsbottom type safety valves. Cast iron cylinder with slide valve actuated by Stephenson's gear, pole reverser, rod-operated drain cocks. Pickering type governor, whistle and mechanical lubricator mounted on cylinder block.
Three shaft transmission with differential, rubber tyres on road wheels, winch behind nearside rear wheel with fairleads on tender.
