An early stage build of a 4 inch scale Ruston Proctor, comprising:

• Professionally-built steel boiler, expanded steel tubes, provision for fusible plug
  The boiler has a twice pressure hydraulic certificate, 300psi for 150psi working pressure

• Front and rear wheel rims with T-rings welded in, front wheels with tyre bands

• Smokebox rolled

• Unmachined castings including front axle, perch bracket & fork, rear hubs etc

• Reversing lever, stand and quadrant

• Brake handle, screw, but, shaft and brake shoes

• Firehole door

• Pair laser cut hornplates, rivet holes spotted

• Quantity front and rear spokes

• Finished tender, in primer complete with brass cleading, fairleads, water pocket, drawbar

• Large bag of rivets - apparently sufficient to build the engine with enough left over for a large scale model of the Forth Bridge

• Complete set of drawings
