Complete, the engine rolls freely - it runs well on air in forwards gear with even beats, not so good in reverse.
The boiler has had a preliminary twice working pressure hydraulic test at 200psi for 100psi working pressure. A multiplicity of leaks from fittings, inner dome joint and regulator bush would need to be attended to before a more meaningful test could be done, but from what we've seen so far we'd be happy to warranty the boiler as sound once done.
As one might expect with a barn find it's as grubby as hell, with light surface rust over most of the brightwork and paintwork tired to the point of exhaustion...
