An older engine, built to a good standard. Although having some wear in the motionwork, it steams freely and runs well, notching up in either direction - there's some video of it running on the rolling road here.
The boiler has had hydraulic and steam test, with new certification issued, expiry dates under the "details" tab.
Paintwork remains bright and quite presentable, with some wear in places commensurate with age and use.
The injector is set up to be run from a tank carried on a driving truck - it shares a clack with a hand pump which appears to have been fitted in recent times, apparently to replace an ineffective, leaky axle pump. There is an isolator valve for the injector when the hand pump is in use.
