A venerable example of an 0-4-0T "Chub", a popular freelance design seen at clubs throughout the country. As was this one, happily running around until recently when a leak appeared in the main steam pipe - boiler itself is still apparently sound, but the engine is asthmatic to drive (as might be expected).
