Built to the Dan Jeavons design, a Class 47 battery electric locomotive. Powered by a pair of 12 volt batteries wired in series for 24 volt operation, driving four motors it is a powerful engine. Fitted out inside with cooling fans and a sound card/speakers setup giving speed-dependent brmm-brmm noises. There are lights at each end and cab lights, the whole plot is controlled from a hand held remote control which will plug into a socket on the buffer beams at either end.

Complete with a set of drawings, in good condition.
