Grotty looking four wheel ground level driving truck. Underneath the grime, there's actually a decently made wagon here, wheels are sprung and run on ball races, brake works effectively, there's a coal tray up front and a substantial pair of footboards that don't flex when you sit on it. Good clean and some paint, it would be the envy of your club...
