A braked four-wheel driving truck, with carpetted seat - would guess at an 80:20 wool/nylon twisted pile, it may have been fitted without underlay but that could, over a winter, be rectified at fairly low cost. Other than that, it should need little maintenance other than a quick Hoover once a week.
