A well-built "Gert" 0-6-0T, smartly turned out in lined British Railways livery - similar in size to a Simplex, it makes a good beginner's engine in this gauge.
Silver soldered copper boiler, 90psi working pressure, feed by injector and axle pump with hand pump. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear, pole reverser in cab, mechanical lubricator. The motionwork has just been rebushed in our workshop, the engine runs well.
