A well-made Great Western Pannier tank, recently arrived as part-exchange against a Standard Class 4 tank in the same gauge. It's a well-sorted engine, used regularly last season by the owner when not driving his usual engine, a 7 1/4 inch gauge "Tinkerbell" he built some years ago (and which, having had most of last Friday driving it, I can report is a super bit of kit).
Silver soldered copper boiler, working pressure 80psi, feed by axle pump and injector with auxiliary hand pump in the side tank. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear, pole reverser in cab. Mechanical lubricator.
