Excellent example of a GWR 15xx class in black BR livery. This engine has been extremely well-made and finely-detailed with guide-bar lubricators, hand-rails and good rivet detail to the bunker. The motion work is very good with nicely-fluted rods - all bushes and guide bars are well-fitted and in good condition. Superheated copper boiler with axle pump, injector and hand pump in the bunker. The chassis is fitted with steam brakes.

A well-built, powerful engine which is equally at home on display or on the track.
