A well-built Great Western 57XX pannier tank, nicely detailed and in good order.
Silver soldered copper boiler with four element flue-tube superheater, 80psi working pressure, feed by injector and axle pump with auxiliary hand pump in the water tank. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear, pole reverser in the cab. Displacement lubricator with sight feed in the cab.
Paintwork is presentable rather than exhibition standard - whilst you wouldn't be ashamed to take it to the club, some partial repainting over next winter would a job worth doing. The engine is in good mechanical order and runs well - there's a clip of it here.
