It's spent the last few years in storage, during which time the regulator stuck - and was then broken by somebody attempting to free it off without dismantling - and the valves seized.
It now needs some work to recommision, however the engine remains overall in virtually unused condition. The boiler has had a recent hydraulic test and new certification issued for same.
