By no means a complete kit, but with significant loose parts present including cab platework, machined cylinders and many bags of small parts.
Nothing thus far by way of valve gear or motionwork (save a solitary, well-polished connecting rod) so plenty of machining required, although little by way of expenditure on material to get to a running chassis.
The same basic kit was supplied by ModelWorks for building both A3 and A4 Pacifics - the former possibly less daunting, not requiring the streamlined casing.
Complete with manufacturer's boiler certificate for the boiler and a folder of assembly drawings and instructions.
We sold a kit-built A4 last year, there are pictures of it in the archive here.
