A particularly nicely made LNER T9 to LBSC's "Netta" design, the engine has had little use from new and remains in excellent mechanical order with fine paintwork.
Silver soldered copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by injector and axle pump with auxiliary hand pump in the tender. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with finely-proportioned pole reverser in the cab.
The engine has been on display in the previous owner's house for some years - he never used it, it's recently come to us in part exchange for a Feldbahn (with half the number of wheels but twice the weight). Harry steamed it earlier today - it runs nicely, there's a clip of it here.
