An 0-6-0 tender locomotive variant on the "Sweet Pea" design - not a "Metre Maid" before anybody writes in , a different thing entirely with six wheels packed tightly together in about the same wheelbase as the standard 0-4-0. This one has had an extra set of drivers added right at the back.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 90psi working pressure, feed by injector, axle and hand pumps. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Hackworth gear, pole reverser in cab. Twin mechanical lubricators.

The engine runs well, the boiler is sound on hydraulic test. Paintwork is pretty drab, one mechanical lubricator needs a new one-way clutch, the injector is unreliable which looks to be a water feed issue. And the whistle sounds horrible.

Complete with a spare full cab, which is less practical for driving although arguably better looking.
