A 5 inch gauge "Metre Maid", 0-6-2 sister to the ever popular "Sweet Pea" and sharing the same boiler, cylinders and valve gear.

This one came to us from the builder - boiler is a commercially made job by Blackgates Engineering, the rest of the locomotive has been put together in a workmanlike way.

We quite like the "Gas Works" appearance given by the short chimney and saddle tank - something of the Ffestiniog Railway's "Volunteer" about it!<> Complete with four wheeled tender.
