We see lots of LBSC's "Maids of Kent" (and a good design it is too), but the 0-6-0 goods version "Minx" he described at the same time and sharing many of the components is a much rarer animal. This one is an older engine with well-worn paint and fairly battered boiler cleading, however underneath is a well-made engine that runs nicely.
Silver soldered copper boiler, feed by injector and axle pump with hand pump in the tender. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves acutated by Joy valve gear, pole reverser in cab. Mechanical lubricator.
The engine has been in recent club use, it has been well looked after and comes with extension controls, tools and firing irons.
