Since arriving back with us the engine has been stripped back to bare frames, the chassis, boiler and smokebox repainted, then reassembled with latest specification slide valves - it runs exactly like a 2021-spec factory built engine.
Supplied new with vaccum brake equipment, the engine has been upgraded with snifting valves, detent-type vacuum brake valve and valve chest pressure gauge.
There is minor paint loss on the boiler cladding sheets, paintwork is otherwise in good condition.
Supplied with handbook, 12 months warranty and starter kit of coal, oil and water treatment - exactly the same as we offer with our new engines.
