I’ve had this one before, it’s recently come back in
part-exchange for a Royal Scot. It’s a particularly well-made chassis which
runs very nicely on air, since last time it was here it’s acquired a shiny new
silver soldered copper boiler by Devon Boilers, complete with test certificate,
all paperwork and CE mark. There’s a minor ding in the barrel which is
functionally insignificant, cosmetically it will be beneath the cladding when
the engine’s finished.
