Since last here, it's been converted to 24 volts and had a Parkside controller fitted. It can operate in either petrol or fully electric mode we're told - very up to the minute, your own plug-in hybrid shunter.
"Under the bonnet" is a single cylinder water cooled petrol engine with centrifugal clutch, mounted behind a small cooling radiator. There is a 24 volt electric motor mounted in the cab, gear and chain driven to the chassis.
Complete with two remote control units - one with cable operated throttle for the single cylinder, water cooled petrol engine, the other for the Parkside controller.
It will require batteries which were intended to be carried in a truck behind, with a connector on the back of the locomotive.
Listed as a project only because, in the absence of any kind of operating manual, it's completely beyond what any of us steam people here can understand...
