A 7 1/4 inch gauge 0-4-0ST built to Martin Evans' "Singapore" design, based on the diminutive Hawthorne Leslie now preserved at the Rocks by Rail Museum just down the road from us at Cottesmore. Nicely built, it's in good mechanical order and runs very well - there's some video of it steam here. Paintwork is largely presentable, with some paint loss to the spectacle plate.
Silver soldered copper boiler, 90psi working pressure, feed by injector and axle pump with auxiliary hand pump mounted on the driving truck. Two element superheater. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear, pole reverser in the cab. Mechanical lubricator.
The engine comes complete with a braked driving truck/tender.
