He built batches of Hunslets in both 5 inch and 7 1/4 inch gauge - we had his own 5 inch gauge engine some years ago,
there are pictures in the archive here. I suspect that this tender originally belonged to one of the larger engines - be nice to know where it is now.
Somewhat grubby and in need of a repaint, underneath the tender is beautifully made - steel chassis and rivetted bodywork, with a brass water tank. Front wheels are braked, there's a tap for an injector water feed at the front. Seat is a basic wooden bench over a coal space with sliding shutter.
