A gauge 1 Union Pacific Atlantic, an attractively proportioned locomotive built to a good standard.

It appears to have had little use from new - fit and finish is good throughout, the motionwork and valve gear remain in excellent condition.

Copper boiler is a water tube job with four wick spirit burner, silver soldered construction. It's had a recent hydraulic shell test at 120psi for 60 psi working, with new certification issued.

Fitted with slip eccentric valve gear, the engine runs well.
