"Lady Stephanie" beam engine - stock code 5275

We sold this one back in 2011 to a long-time customer, a collector of fine - mainly stationary - engines. With advancing years and a house move in prospect he downsized his collection, this engine - along with several others - coming back to us last year. Since that time, the engine has been on display up at the house, in company with one or two other nice models.

Pictures opposite and words below are from 2011. The engine remains one of the best examples we've had, finely made and detailed, it runs nicely on air. Condition is pretty much unchanged, except for a single white floor tile missing from one corner of the engine room floor. Includes free UK shipping.

Quite the best of these I've ever had in, Tubal Cain's "Lady Stephanie" design for a six column beam engine. Recently arrived with a collection of very fine stationary engines and locomotives, this has been on display for many years - the owner confessed never to having removed the case in all the years it stood in his house.
