It's in similar condition to the last time, although it's now had the flywheel fitted and acquired a trolley (mercifully - the engine alone weighs nearly a hundredweight!). Words below from 2016, pictures opposite taken this morning.
A large model gas engine, it's obviously been running in the past but was acquired by the last owner without coil or flywheel. He's acquired a flywheel casting of appropriate size and style, along with a vintage trembler coil.
The engine itself is well made, fit and finish of machined parts of a high order, turns over smoothly with good compression. It's fitted with a hit and miss governor, cutting off the gas supply when up to speed.
