Although of vintage appearance, the boiler is stamped up with a manufacturing date of 1985 along with its working and test pressures of 80 and 160 psi respectively - it's had a recent twice working pressure hydraulic test with new certification issued.
Internally it remains in very clean condition - unused since 2010, we suspect it had little use before that.
A heavy thing, weighing in at just under a quarter of a ton empty, the boiler is complete with fittings - the water gauge protector missing one glass - and a grate - previously missing - which has been cast for it.
