Never a published design, it's entirely plausible and something which, without a doubt, Fowler would have built themselves if asked (as in the case of the \u003ca href=\"\/products\/4-inch-scale-fowler-compound-agricultural-engine-stock-code-2298\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003ehybrid B6 \"Fen engine\"\u003c\/a\u003e which ran locally to us here at Nocton).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    Running on rubber tyres, it steams and drives very well.
