It's never been run but is largely  complete - the chassis turns over easily and looks as if it would run with the  addition of a pin for the near side radius rod to expansion link joint. The  boiler is copper - I have hydraulic tested it at 160psi at which it appears  structurally sound. There are two tiny weeps, one from a crown stay inside the  firebox, the other from a foundation ring rivet on the outside, both would be  easy to calk to give a usable boiler.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eThere is a regulator to fit the boiler and a few other odds and sods.
