It builds up into a  large engine, bigger than some 5 inch gauge tank engines and is a good  alternative to those looking to build a 3 ½ inch narrow gauge engine based on a  prototype rather than Evans' freelance (though otherwise excellent)  “Conway”.\u003co:p\u003e  \u003c\/o:p\u003e  \u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eWork to date comprises a well-advanced chassis, cast iron  cylinders machined and fitted with guide bars, crossheads, pistons and rods.
