Built as one of a pair twenty-five years ago,  this one stalled at an advanced stage, ending up on the builder's bookcase,  whilst its sibling went on to completion.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp align=\"left\"\u003eBuilt to a high standard, fit and finish of all parts is  excellent, machining is very crisp, rivetting on the running boards is as  straight as a die. It is missing the outer dome, pressure gauge and mechanical  lubricator - there are a couple of pins missing from the motionwork and the  steam pipe from header to steam chests.
