However, it's of thin gauge material and, indeed, the inner firebox has taken a distinctive set from when, presumably, it was originally tested.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    The \"tipper truck\" tender has a removable top plate for filling, with brass gauze filter in the bottom.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    Keen-eyed readers will have noticed (as we didn't) that the chimney is on back to front. It simply slides over an extension to the petticoat pipe, so was the work of moments to pull off, reverse and refit.
