Feed in this design is by injector and pump. The injector is fitted, the  pump body with valves is complete, it requires a ram and connecting rod,  eccentric strap and sheave already fitted to the crankshaft. Fabricated cylinder  block, slide valve actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser. Mechanical  lubricator, Pickering type governor.
