Cast iron cylinder, slide valve  actuated by Stephenson's reversing gear with pole reverser on footplate.  Mechanical lubricator. Two speed transmission, winch behind nearside rear wheel,  rubber tyres.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp align=\"left\"\u003eThe engine runs particularly well - it was last in the workshop  in Spring when it came up for a boiler test - and is road registered.
