The engine has been steamed once in the last 12 months - yesterday, to renew the boiler certificate - and on only a handful of occasions ever; it remains in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e    It runs exceptionally well, with crisp, square exhaust beats - free-steaming, it's a particularly nice engine to drive.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003c\/font\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e     A brand new, unsteamed Savage \"Little Samson\" traction engine, the work of a talented engineer - we had his \u003ca href=\"\/products\/3-inch-scale-little-samson-traction-engine-stock-code-3883\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e3   inch scale Little Samson\u003c\/a\u003e and \u003ca href=\"\/products\/3-inch-scale-savage-steam-wagon-stock-code-5471\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eSavage   \"Universal Carrier\" steam wagon\u003c\/a\u003e in years gone by, all built to the   same, impeccable standard.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    I won't ramble on about this one, save to say that the boiler is by Bell Boilers - all welded with expanded tubes - the rest is down to the builder.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e     The pictures tell the story more eloquently than I can, although look out for neat details like the lubricators - fitted to just about everything that moves - and injector pressure gauge.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Station Road Steam","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":54009950732629,"sku":"8524","price":12950.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1023\/0094\/2677\/files\/8524-1.webp?v=1779899664","url":"https:\/\/stationroadsteam.com\/products\/4-inch-scale-savage-little-samson-traction-engine-stock-code-8524","provider":"Station Road Steam","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
