Regulator is seized - although would likely free up under steam - and hand brake screw is missing.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    On hydraulic test the boiler appeared structurally sound at twice working pressure, although with a persistent drip from the back right hand corner of the foundation ring.
