In pretty much ex-works condition at that time, it was resplendent in Crimson Lake livery and ran beautifully.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    The engine has recently arrived back with us - with a fire still on the grate when it came in we're not sure it's been cleaned since it was last here.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    It runs on air, although leaks past either valves or pistons; motionwork bushes are well worn and the left hand clack needs a new gasket.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    On the bright side the boiler has survived unscathed, it's had a recent hydraulic test with new certification issued.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    Listed as a running restoration, the engine now needs a new owner with the experience and vision to bring it back to the condition it was in only four years ago.
