Everything about its construction reflects a skilled hand at work; the finely cast wheels are crisply machined, fit and finish of valve gear and motion work is particularly good with components conscientiously stamped up \"L\" and \"R\" throughout.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    There is some surface rust, although in the main the brightwork is in good condition.
