The build started in 1995 and  ceased on the sale of the company, leaving the engine something around 80-90%  complete.    \u003cp\u003eSteel boiler by Franklin \u0026amp; Bell with hydraulic test certificate. All  steel gears, working differential and winch mounted on the rear axle. Most parts  to complete are included: governor assembly, boiler fittings (washout plugs, fusible plug, gauge  fittings, pressure gauge, whistle, clack valves), pump, reversing stand, regulator  assembly, cylinder covers, safety valves complete, smokebox door and rings,  ashpan, grate and damper rod.
